the singer Emily Haines
She is absolutely my most favorite singer. Words cannot express how much I love her voice, her writing... just everything is amazing. She has sung for Broken Social Scene, and fronted Metric, and released a solo album as well. Had a really difficult time figuring out which song's lyrics I like the best so I just decided to show all of "Crowd Surf Off A Cliff"

This is one of my favorites from this series of yours. Gesso is such a powerful medium. :XD: I love how the paint goes drippy here. :heart:
